The Updraft session

Five hours, live online, one-on-one with Abi. We review the work you did on the Updraft Path (phases 1–5), then go deeper on phases 6–8: Base Build, Wireframe, and Point of No Return, where you take your first irreversible action on the spot, before we hang up.

Five hours is a long time to sit still. Abi may be walking on a walking pad during the session, and you're welcome to move too.
