Hey fellow adventurers! My name is Abigail, I live and work in and around the St. Louis, Missouri, area but I also do remote work far afield.
The fancy, official stuff:
I'm your principle consultant and a graduate of Colorado Technical University Business and Management School with a multi-hyphenate focus on ethics, marketing and business development.
But wait! There's more!
I'm also an accredited Life Coach under the International Coaching Federation and I have a Certification for Personal and Brand Image from IAP Career College.
I've been able to keep my curiosity on life and business peaked by working with a number of industries including B2B services, real estate, retail, and wholesale food and food ingredients.
As a consultant, I'm weirdly passionate about change management consulting and administrative process and efficiency. It's not sexy work. But I love it and I make it fun. Plus, that takes it off of your plate which is hella fun for you! I give small businesses the edge to compete in our ever-evolving economy; teaching and guiding owners, leaders and teams how to create those boring systems that are the key to exciting revenue growth.
As a community member, I try to remember to take my trash out on the right day and bring baggies with me when I walk my dogs. I like to shop and eat local when I can, investing in my community in those Hallmark-Movie-type ways.
As an individual I'm a sucker for adventure and the next challenge. I love to be outdoors. The mountains are my favorite destination. I've conquered a few challenges such as learning Spanish, getting comfy traveling alone, and starting a business. My next batch of challenges are learning how to fence and drive a motorcycle, writing a book, and growing my speaking career.
My greatest personal value in life and business is the power of embracing change.
